Warranty Information

 

 

TERMS OF PRODUCT WARRANTY:                                   

Stone Mill Hardware warrants that all products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship.  The warranty period is for the lifetime of the product when used for normal residential purposes and owned by the original purchaser.

This warranty does not cover product defects due to improper installation, product abuse, casualty events, or other abnormal conditions.

This warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase is required to submit a warranty claim. Acceptable proof of purchase will include: a valid receipt, a valid purchase order number, or an internal record of sale.  

Evidence of the product defect is the responsibility of the purchaser. Purchaser may be required to provide an image of the defect, and/or return the defective product for inspection. 

If a product is deemed defective, Stone Mill Hardware will send the original purchaser a new replacement product - when available.  If a replacement product is no longer available, Stone Mill Hardware will offer a comparable product, or refund the original purchase price. 

This warranty does not include removal of the defective product or the installation of the replacement product.
